S3AS0NS is an independent online retailer based in Canada. We stock authentic Kollar Clothing, along with WAID eyewear and Collectif Nude. Everything listed here is held in our own inventory and ships from us.

We are committed to high quality clothing and accessories, and to being straight with customers about what we sell. The answers below cover the questions we get asked most.

The brand and the product

Are the products authentic?

Yes. All products sold on this store are 100% authentic. We source merchandise directly from reputable suppliers and authorized distributors to make sure every item meets our quality standards.

Is Kollar Clothing still in business?

Kollar Clothing is no longer producing new product. S3AS0NS holds remaining authentic Kollar inventory, so what is listed on this site is what is left. Sizes are not being replaced, and when a size sells out it is gone.

Do the photos match the product?

We work hard to represent products accurately through photos, descriptions and specs. Minor variations can happen due to lighting, screen resolution and individual perception. If you have a question about a specific item, email admin@s3as0ns.com.

How do I know which size to order?

Every product page has a Find My Fit button just above the add to cart button. It takes your measurements and recommends a size for that specific garment rather than using a generic chart. The size run for each style is also listed under Size and Fit on the product page.

Shipping

How long does an order take?

Order processing can take up to 5 business days from purchase. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships. Transit time varies by destination and shipping method.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship from Canada to the United States and most international destinations. Customs procedures and duties may apply on international orders and are the recipient's responsibility. Check with your local customs office for details.

My tracking has not updated.

Tracking links are provided when your order ships. Some carriers take time to update their systems, so there can be a lag before movement appears. Weather, carrier issues and other events outside our control can also affect timelines.

What if my address was wrong?

Please provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. S3AS0NS is not liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by an incorrect address.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before checkout. See our refund policy for the full terms.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Email admin@s3as0ns.com and we will review it case by case.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Which options appear depends on your device, browser and region. Installment options may also be shown at checkout where available.

What currency am I charged in?

All orders are charged in CAD. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. If you are paying with an international card, your bank handles the currency conversion and any related fees.

When am I charged?

Your payment method is authorized at checkout and captured when your order is processed.

My card was declined.

Confirm your billing address and CVC, try another method, or contact your bank to remove a security block.

Is checkout secure?

Checkout is protected with SSL and processed on PCI DSS compliant infrastructure. S3AS0NS never sees or stores your full card details.
