Instructions ( Please Read ) Customers have 14 days from when the product was received to return or exchange items. If the return or exchange is received past the 14 dayswindow, without notifying us first at firstname.lastname@example.org, the package will be sent back to the customer and you will be charged the shipping fee sent back to you.
1. Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached; Any item that does not comply with this rule will be returned to you in the condition they were returned in at your expense.
2. Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for a store credit or exchange. Final Sale/Last Clearance and items bought from our sample sale are non-returnable.
3. Exchanges will be issued a store credit to repurchase. Exchanges go through the same process, where you will return your item and we will send you a store credit to re-order a new item. The rules are the same as return it must be returned within 14 business days. Your return label cost will be reduced from your store credit. Return labels are free in Canada Only.
4. Shoes – please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.
5. Gift Cards may not be returned.
6. Kollar cover the cost of any Exchanges to ensure you get the correct size. Kollar does not cover the cost of the return, it is only covered in Canada. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for return label cost will be reduced from your store credit.
7. You must clearly write RETURN on the front of any parcel you wish to return. If you fail to do so you will be subject to an additional customs and shipping charges. We also may withhold to decline your parcel.
8. Please Note that returns will not be accepted if you try to ship with the original Kollar Branded bag, please ship back in a new return shipping bag.

I Have Purchased Two Different Pre-Orders With Different Shipping Dates?
If you purchase more than one pre-order item with different estimated shipping dates, the products may be sent together on the latest date.
In either case, you will only be charged once the items have been processed through the checkout.
If an item you have ordered is missing from online order# that you receive after placing your order, this will likely have been removed due to it being out of stock. You will be notified by email should an item you've purchased is out of stock. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

Why I Have Not Received My Order Within The Estimated Time?
Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:
- Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
- Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
- Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
- Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.
- Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour its always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.

Order Processing Notes
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Canadian Holidays.

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault or the wrong item was sent to you, we will replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method at your request. If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you.
No, we do not have a kollar stand-alone store. We do however, have retailers carrying our products world-wide and if you want to shop in store, please email us with your location and inquiry and we can provide you with stores near you that carry us!
We do restock select items, however there is no guarantee of a restock of any particular item. To be notified of any restocks please sign up to our newsletter and fill out the form on the product page under the section “Notify Me When In Stock”
Promo Codes usually are issued with an expiration, that’s one of the main reasons a code will not work. To get more information on a code that was recently issued to you, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the promo code is deemed to be expired or invalid than you cannot use that code for any purchases.

Yes we do price adjustments as long as you have an image or proof that the item is on sale on the same day you want to make the purchase, you must include the store name and contact information. We sell wholesale kollar products directly to retailers, which means they bought it at a wholesale cost, so the retailer makes the margins from selling it to a consumer such as yourself. This means you cannot return an item to our online store, you must return it directly back to the retailer with there return policy, as this is the product they own for there store at thsi point.

The hardware we use on the denim, is for branding purposes and to give it an edge compared to other brands. The hardware is RIRI & YKK Zippers on premium denim and a back branded metal logo on the back pocket and a rivet detail by the crotch.
They are designed in Toronto, Canada. The products made by the most reputable factories in the world that produce for your favourite high end luxury designers. We use factories in Colombia, Turkey and China.
Jackets & Bombers
Kollar Jacket and Bombers should be professionally dry-cleaned – please see the garment’s care label for instructions. It is recommended that if your Represent coat has detachable fur or leather trim detailing, please consult your dry-cleaner for further advice.
Tees & Hoodies We recommend washing all products on a cool wash, and allow to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.
Shoes Specialist shoe cleaners can be used to protect shoes. For any additional scuffs or marks, scrub lightly with a wet cloth.
Leather Boots We advise using protective leather spray.
We ship worldwide except Russia currently because of the laws.
Items purchased during a sale period is final sale. We can only do a store credit if its returned within 7 Business days.
We are unable to adjust the price of items if they have entered a sale. If returned during the sale, the final price given will be the sale price.
